I had the fortune of attending Art Basel this weekend. the show is the most important international art convention, and folks were dressed accordingly. guess it's easy to do when the temperature only drops to a balmy 60 degrees.

Last night I met a young homeless man and we tried to sell the rest of his possessions to make some money. The New York skyline hypnotized me. Elevators went really fast and made me dizzy.
I was entering Empire State Building when I woke up with my legs in the air.

Studio

last friday my intern supervisor suggested i experiment taking pictures...he was gone the whole day and i had the place to myself. what's a girl to do in times like these? why, call her five closest friends of course.
saturday we had a "LATFParty" at our place...while these images didn't make the invitation, they still turned out pretty stunning.

although this studio offers props that work best when you're still losing teeth, i managed to find some interesting objects to use. i have the studio all to myself tomorrow...if everything works out, i'll play photographer for awhile.

god this is second one is so cheesy. that's what the family portrait business will do to you.
